We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial training purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
 
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms.
 
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App unlawfully or harass others.
Misrepresent your identity or expertise.
Record/distribute AR content without permission.
Reverse-engineer the App’s AR technology.
 
5. AR Content & Liability
The App’s AR demonstrations are for educational purposes only.
We are not liable for injuries sustained during training. Consult a professional before attempting techniques.
User-generated content (e.g., shared moves) must comply with our Community Guidelines.
 
6. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)
Fees for premium features are listed in-app.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
 
7. Intellectual Property
All AR animations, logos, and app content are owned by Beyond the Mat. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
 
8. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. AR session data (e.g., movement metrics) is anonymized unless you opt in for personalized feedback.
 
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
AR features require compatible devices and adequate space for safe use.
 
10. Governing Law
